Program Interview
Interview Schedule for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010
Instructions:
- Download forms for your Program Interview here
- Submit your Physicians Statement of Health (may be completed by the student health center) and your Statement Form by the announced deadline. If you have questions about your interview after reading the information on the web page, send e-mail to me or call 944-6218.
- Arrive on time n the Neff Education Center for your interview. If you miss an appointment, it is your responsibility to re-schedule. Your participation in the Teacher Education Program is provisional until you have completed your Program Interview and passed Praxis I.
- Interviews are about 25 minutes long, with 5 minutes for discussion and transition between appointments.
- Select an open time below and send your selection to me, or come by the Neff Education Center to schedule your appointment in person. Physical Education students, be sure to schedule an appointment on Monday morning so that Professor Hatch can attend. Appointments are entered in the order your messages are received.
- If two or three times work for you, list them in order of preference.
- Check back to verify that you are on the list below at the time you requested.
